 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Removal and installation of a belt of a drive of GRM), then, for the purpose of prevention of risk of damage of components as a result of contact of pistons to valves deduce the engine from situation VMT, having turned a cranked shaft on 60 ° counter-clockwise.
  1. Operating according to the description (see. Removal and installation of a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt and cogwheels of a drive of GRM), remove a cogwheel from a camshaft needing service. In case of need, repeat procedure and remove a cogwheel of the second shaft.

On engines 1.4. 1.6 and a cogwheel of a final shaft it is possible to determine 1.8 l by ledges under CMP sensor landing. On engines of 2.0 l in a final wheel, unlike the inlet there are not seven, and only four spokes, plus, «EXHAUST» marking is put.

  1. Before return installation of a gas-distributing belt do not forget to return the engine to situation VMT.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Removal and installation of a belt of a drive of GRM).
  2. On models from RKPP ask the assistant for the purpose of blocking of a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye to include the highest transfer and against the stop to squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake. On models from AT turn out one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and draw the last to a transmission case by means of a steel level and suitable bolts with washers (see. Head Automatic transmission). If the engine is removed from the car, it is necessary to block a flywheel / a driving disk (see. Removal, check of a condition and flywheel installation / driving disk).
  3. Turn out a fixing bolt (do not forget about a washer) and remove a cogwheel from a shaft pin.

Installation

The bolt of fastening of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft is subject to replacement without fail.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Plant a cogwheel on a shaft pin (a flange outside) — track correctness of hit of a shponka in a shponochny groove. Screw a new bolt of fastening with a washer.
  2. Block a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye (see above Removal) and tighten a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel with effort of the first stage (see. Specifications). Further use a goniometric nozzle to a key and hold on a bolt on a corner of the second stage (in the absence of possibility of application of a goniometric nozzle put with paint or a marker basic labels).
  3. Establish a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Removal and installation of a belt of a drive of GRM).

Removal

  1. Remove a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Removal and installation of a belt of a drive of GRM).
  2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove rollers from the engine.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish rollers, screw and tighten bolts of their fastening with demanded effort.
