Removal and installation of a final collector

Models of 1.7 l of SOHC

At installation new nuts of fastening of a collector be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The final collector acts in film assembled with a turbokompressor. Cock the parking brake, поддомкратьте a front of the car and establish it on props, at the corresponding complete set remove protection of a case.
  2. Remove air lines and an air purifier with the MAF sensor (see. Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
  3. On models with a right-hand steering remove the generator (see. Head engine Electric equipment).
  4. Release sockets, turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm and lift the receiver, connecting an interkuler with a turbokompressor.
  5. Weaken collars, turn out a fixing bolt and remove an air line connecting the inlet pipeline to an interkuler.
  1. Disconnect electroconducting and vacuum hoses from the EGR valve at the left on a collector, - try to remember an order of connection of vacuum hoses.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from the inlet pipeline the electromagnetic EGR valve.
  2. Disconnect the fuel filter from the case of the filter and take him aside, - do not disconnect fuel tubes.
  3. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove the turbokompressor thermofilter.
  1. Turn out four fixing bolts and remove the goffered metal tube from the inlet pipeline and a final collector. Remove two sealing laying.
  1. Turn out two fixing screws and one nut and remove the starter filter.
  2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
  1. Disconnect a maslovozvratny tube from the top section of the pallet of a case, - remove two sealing washers established from both parties of the shtutserny socket, - prepare for collecting spilled oil.
  1. Turn out a fixing bolt and disconnect a maslopodayushchy tube from a back part of the block of cylinders, - remove two sealing washers established from both parties of the shtutserny socket, - prepare for collecting spilled oil.
  1. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove from the block of cylinders a basic arm of a final collector.
  1. Weaken a nut of shtutserny connection and remove from a turbokompressor a maslopodayushchy tube.
  1. In a diagonal order, in stages evenly weaken and remove nuts of fastening of a final collector. Remove a collector and remove sealing laying. In case of need separate from a collector a turbokompressor (see. Removal and turbokompressor installation).
  2. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
    1. Before installation make sure of absoluteness of purity and dryness of interfaced surfaces, do not forget to replace sealing laying.
    2. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
    3. Track reliability of connection of oil tubes and inlet air lines.

Models of 1.7 l of DOHC

At installation new nuts of fastening of a collector be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The final collector acts in film assembled with a turbokompressor. Cock the parking brake, поддомкратьте a front of the car and establish it on props, at the corresponding complete set remove protection of a case.
  2. Remove air lines and an air purifier (see. Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
  3. On the models equipped with To/in system, disconnect electroconducting from the compressor, turn out fixing bolts and take the compressor aside, without disconnecting from it refrigerator lines.

If to release bolts of fastening of basic arms of hoses of a refrigerator path on the right mudguard, the compressor can be tied up to body elements behind a cowl rack.

  1. Turn out three fixing bolts of a basic arm of the compressor.
  2. Weaken fastenings and remove a hose, a connecting interkuler with a turbokompressor.
  3. Turn out two fixing nuts and disconnect from a collector a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
  1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a turbokompressor to an arm of the block of cylinders.
  1. Turn out a nut of shtutserny connection of a maslopodayushchy tube on the block of cylinders. Remove sealing washers and prepare for collecting spilled oil.
  1. Weaken collars and disconnect from a turbokompressor a maslovozvratny hose.
  1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from safety knot of a turbokompressor.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove filters of a final collector and a turbokompressor.
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of a directing tube щупа measurements of level of oil to the block of cylinders and two bolts of its fastening to the case pallet.
  1. The tube of EGR is established on the left side of a collector. Turn out two fixing bolts and will throw out sealing laying.
  2. Turn out nuts / bolts of fastening of a final collector, turn out two fixing hairpins and remove a collector.
  3. In case of need the turbokompressor can be separated from a collector (see. Removal and turbokompressor installation).
  4. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
    1. Before installation make sure of absoluteness of purity and dryness of interfaced surfaces, do not forget to replace sealing laying.
    2. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
    3. Track reliability of connection of oil tubes and inlet air lines.
  5. In end, check level of impellent oil, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head Routine maintenance).

Models of 2.0 liters

At installation new nuts of fastening of a collector and a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Cock the parking brake, поддомкратьте a front of the car and establish it on props, at the corresponding complete set remove protection of a case.
  2. Remove air lines, an air purifier (see. Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path) and the metal tube connecting a turbokompressor to a collector / air line of an interkuler (depending on a complete set).
  3. Disconnect electroconducting from all candles of an incandescence.
  1. Turn out fixing screws.
  1. Remove thermofilters from the top part of a collector.
  1. Turn out fixing nuts and disconnect and disconnect from a collector a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
  1. Under the car, turn out fixing bolts and remove the thermofilter from a back part of a starter.
  2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a route trench of conducting from a back part of the block of cylinders.
  3. Carefully clear shtutserny sockets, weaken cap nuts and merge oil from tubes in suitable capacity, - rags collect traces of the spilled oil.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of a collector. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a safety diaphragm.
  1. In a diagonal order in stages evenly weaken and remove nuts of fastening of a collector. Remove a collector with sealing laying. In case of need remove from a collector a turbokompressor (see. Removal and turbokompressor installation).

  1. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
    1. Before installation make sure of absoluteness of purity and dryness of interfaced surfaces, do not forget to replace sealing laying.
    2. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
    3. Track reliability of connection of oil tubes and inlet air lines.
  2. In summary check level of impellent oil, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head Routine maintenance).
  3. After start of the engine let's to it work some minutes on single turns for the purpose of oil pumping to turbine bearings.
