The monitoring system of temperature of soaked-up air (model with the central injection) - a principle of functioning and check of serviceability of functioning

Functioning principle

Information element of system is established in the throttle case the thermosensitive valve switch. At temperature passing through the sensor soaked up less 35°С, the vacuum valve remains open, providing giving of depression of the inlet pipeline on a diaphragm of the air thermovalve in the basis of the case of an air purifier. Under the influence of depression the diaphragm rises, and the zaslonka blocks access to an air purifier of cold air, leaving open only "hot" channel.

In process of air temperature increase on an entrance in the case of a throttle there is a gradual deformation of a voskozapolnenny capsule of a thermostatic element that leads to a perekryvaniye of the vacuum switch. As a result depression giving on a diaphragm stops and the zaslonka starts to fall, blocking intake of warm air in an air purifier. On termination of warming up of the engine there is open only "cold" channel.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Muffle the engine and wait its complete cooling. Disconnect an inlet air line from a forward part of an air purifier, - the zaslonka should block the channel of supply of hot air completely. Start the engine: the zaslonka should rise immediately and completely block the "cold" channel. In process of engine warming up the zaslonka should fall slowly, gradually blocking the "hot" channel and opening "cold".
  2. For check of serviceability of functioning of the vacuum valve switch, at the muffled engine disconnect from it a vacuum tube and stop up it with a finger. At the cold engine in a tube depression should be felt. After engine warming up an impellent compartment of normal working temperature depression should disappear completely.
  3. For check of knot of the temperature valve of management, disconnect an inlet air line from the air purifier case, - the zaslonka should block intake of hot air completely. Disconnect a vacuum tube and, having connected to the union a suitable piece of a hose, strongly soak up air, - the zaslonka should block the channel of supply of cold air.
  4. Faulty components of system are subject to replacement. The vacuum valve switch is built in a cover of the case of the butterfly valve, the operating valve - in the case of the air filter. In an individual order these components on the markets of spare parts are not delivered.
  5. Having finished check, restore initial connection of all lines.
