Removal and TNVD installation

Do not allow dirt hit in the pump and топливопроводы.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Remove a cogwheel of a drive of the pump (see. Head Engine).
  3. Turn out nuts of shtutserny connections and remove fuel tubes (see. Removal and installation of fuel nozzles).
  1. Release a clamp (1) fastening of the contact socket of the module of management of TNVD to the engine, disunite the socket.
  1. Carefully clear and mark subjects to a detachment топливопроводы. Remove sealing rings of the shtutserny sockets, the open ends of tubes right after a detachment закупорьте suitable caps.
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of a back arm of fastening of the pump to an arm on the block of cylinders.
  1. Turn out forward fixing nuts and remove the pump from the engine.

Do not undertake attempts of dismantling of TNVD! In case of signs of violation of serviceability of functioning of the pump, address for consultations to specialists of car-care center.

  1. Establish the pump on the regular place, screw lobbies and back fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
  2. Restore initial connection of electroconducting, track reliability of fixing of the socket a lock element, - wring out the last to the left on the car.
  3. Attach to the pump of the line of giving and fuel return, tighten shtutserny connections with demanded effort.
  4. Make sure of absoluteness of purity and dryness of elements of shtutserny sockets and restore connection топливопроводов to injection nozzles, - track, that nuts of shtutserny sockets were tightened with demanded effort.
  5. Establish into place a cogwheel of TNVD and by hand tighten a bolt of its fastening, - there should be a possibility of a provorachivaniye of a wheel hands.
  1. Having put on a rozhkovy key a fixing nut develop a landing flange of the pump before combination of its label with risky on a cogwheel and lock drilling in the pump. Pass the Vauxhall KM-6011 adaptation through a flange and enter it into drilling, having fixed thereby pump assembly. In the absence of near at hand special adaptation it is possible to use a piece a prutka in diameter of 9.5 mm and 75 mm in length.
  1. Establish a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Head Engine).
  2. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to the next moments:
    1. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort;
    2. Make sure of correctness of laying and reliability of fixing of electroconducting, in case of need make replacement of contact sockets;
    3. After start of the engine check shtutserny sockets on existence of signs of development of leaks.

Remember that start of the engine will demand slightly more time, than usually that is connected with need of automatic pumping of a fuel path for the purpose of removal from it air jams.

Models of 1.7 l of DOHC

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Remove a cogwheel of a drive of the pump (see. Head Engine).
  3. Remove the inlet pipeline (see. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
  4. Remove the module of management of TNVD (see. Removal and installation of electric components of a power supply system).
  5. Disconnect electroconducting and two vacuum tubes, turn out two fixing bolts and remove the electromagnetic valve of management of pressure of pressurization (see. Removal and installation of electric components of a power supply system).
  1. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of atmospheric pressure, remove the sensor from a basic arm of fastening (see. Removal and installation of electric components of a power supply system). Turn out two fixing bolts and remove an arm. Remove an arm of fastening of the module of management of TNVD.
  1. Disconnect from the pump of the line of giving and fuel return.
  1. Pull together TNVD isolation, disunite on the pump contact sockets of information sensors, liberate plaits from intermediate clamps, - try to remember an order of laying of wires.
  1. Turn out two fixing nuts and take TNVD from the case of the gas-distributing mechanism. Remove laid between the pump and the block of cylinders spongy isolation.

At all do not undertake attempt of dismantling of TNVD, in case of need address for the help to specialists of car-care center.

  1. Lay new spongy consolidation between the pump and the block of cylinders, achieve demanded gearing of a shaft of the pump with the gazoraspredeleniye mechanism, then screw two new fixing nuts, - at this stage tighten nuts only by hand.
  1. Establish a basic arm of TNVD on the block of cylinders, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort. While only by hand tighten bolts of fastening of an arm to the pump. Lay spongy isolation round the pump. Before installation of a back part connect electroconducting to the block of memory of the pump (PROM) on lateral face of assembly.
  1. Establish into place a cogwheel of a drive of the pump (see. Head Engine).
  2. Establish a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Head Engine).
  3. Execute procedures on installation of the moments of injection (see. Check and adjustment of installations of the moments of injection of fuel).
  4. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to the next moments:
    1. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.
    1. Make sure of correctness of laying and reliability of fixing of electroconducting, in case of need make replacement of contact sockets.
    1. After start of the engine check shtutserny sockets on existence of signs of development of leaks.

Remember that start of the engine will demand slightly more time, than usually that is connected with need of automatic pumping of a fuel path for the purpose of removal from it air jams.

Models of 2.0 liters

As dismantle of the pump is interfaced to need of removal of the top chain and asterisks of a drive of GRM, at installation the special Opel tools, or independently made their analogs be required, that is true, without which application installation of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye it is not represented possible (see. Head Engine). If possibility of use of special tools is absent, address for the help to specialists of car-care center. If in accordance with the circumstances the pump has to be removed without use of special tools, previously mark the mutual provision of asterisks and flanges. Not acquisition of special head MKM-604-30 which is required for a reversing of forward bolts of fastening of TNVD will be superfluous.


At installation the new bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft and bolts of fastening of an uspokoitel of the top chain be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the inlet pipeline (see. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
  1. Carefully wipe surfaces round shtutserny connections, then turn out bolts, remove sealing washers, disconnect and take aside lines of giving and fuel return.
  1. Remove the top chain and asterisks of a drive of GRM.
  1. Through openings in an asterisk of the bottom chain turn out forward bolts (1) fastening of TNVD.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove an arm of fastening of the pump.
  1. Take the pump from a landing nest assembled with a sealing ring, - at assembly the ring is subject to replacement without fail.

At all do not undertake attempt of dismantling of TNVD, in case of need address for the help to specialists of car-care center.

  1. Before installation make sure of correctness of combination risks on a pump flange with a fixing opening in the case. Check correctness of provision of cranked and distributive shaft.
  2. Establish the pump into place, - track correctness of combination of an asterisk with a pump flange. Screw forward bolts of fastening of the pump and tighten them with demanded effort.
  3. Establish a basic arm on a back part of the pump and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort.
  4. Establish the top chain and asterisks of a drive of GRM (see. Head Engine).
  5. Establish new sealing washers on both parties of shtutserny connections of lines of giving and fuel return, screw shtutserny bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
  6. Establish the inlet pipeline (see. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
  7. Attach a negative wire to the battery and make engine start.
